Stephen Painter

Stephen, over the last 35 years, has become a well-known Funeral Director locally, living in Stechford, Yardley, Tile Cross, Marston Green, and, in more recent times, Solihull.

Prior to joining the funeral business, Stephen was a qualified engineer at BSA Machine Tools on Mackadown Lane in Birmingham.

He has been a past President of both the Birmingham Funeral Directors Guild, and the National Association of Funeral Directors Midland Division, following in his own father's and brother's footsteps.

In his personal time, Stephen is a keen clubman, and is currently President of the Old Yardleians Rugby club in Shirley, a member of the Blossomfield Bowling club, and Chairman of the St. Alphege Badminton Club in Solihull.
